House Rules
Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon), and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these timings to allow our housekeeping robots and team members to prepare the room for our next guests. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance to see if it can be accommodated. Upon arrival, we will provide you with a welcome packet and a brief orientation to the premises.
We are a family-friendly homestay and expect all guests to be respectful of others. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially after 10:00 PM, to ensure a good night’s sleep for everyone. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Please treat the premises with the same care and respect you would your own home. Smoking, alcohol consumption and inebriation in and around our premises is strictly prohibited at all times. Any damages to the property, furniture, or amenities must be reported immediately. The cost of damages will be billed to the guest responsible.
For the safety and privacy of all our guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property overnight. If you wish to have a visitor, please inform us in advance. Visitors are not allowed to stay on the property past 9:00 PM without prior permission.
Your safety is our top priority. We ask that you follow these essential rules:
Keep your room door and the main entrance locked at all times, especially when you are not on the premises.
Do not share any access codes with unauthorized individuals.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and in any common areas. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
For the safety of everyone, we do not permit open flames or incense sticks inside.
Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly forbidden in and around premises.
Our communal kitchen is a shared space for all guests. We encourage you to use it freely and enjoy the convenience of our high-tech induction cooktop. To ensure it remains a clean and pleasant space, we have a few simple rules:
Always wash and put away your utensils and dishes immediately after use.
Clean up any spills or messes you make.
Do not leave personal food items in the communal refrigerator after you check out.
Please be mindful of other guests who may wish to use the space.

We are delighted for you to use our homestay as a peaceful and comfortable retreat. However, to maintain the integrity of our space and ensure a harmonious environment for all guests, we have a clear policy on the use of the property.
Permitted Use: Our homestay is intended for leisure and relaxation, as well as for remote work and study. You are free to take personal photographs and videos to capture your memories.
Prohibited Commercial Activities:
The homestay address cannot be used for business registration, official company correspondence, or any commercial purposes.
Commercial photography, videography, or professional shoots (e.g., product shoots, brand campaigns, etc.) are strictly prohibited on the premises without prior written consent from the hosts.
Hosting commercial events, workshops, or gatherings is not permitted.
